This weekend the track was *REALLY* slick. Due to the warm temps lately, up until a few days ago, there was 2" of water on top of the core ice. This water then froze into ice, no snow cover, no nothing. Just glare ice. Much, much slicker than last weekend.

Early in the day, only the studded cars were able to get any kind of speed up, my car just slid everywhere. First runs in the 1:30 - 1:40 range. By the end of the day, the studded cars had chewed up the ice enough to the point there was decent traction. My last run was a 1:04.
